We're Hiring: Strengthen Centric Health’s M&A Team in Germany

Position: Strategic M&A & Business Analyst (Full-time)

Location: Remote & Germany (preferably Frankfurt)

Experience: 2 to 4 years in M&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance

We combine medical quality, regional care models, and long-term partnerships with doctors to ensure sustainable outpatient healthcare, especially in underserved areas.

Become part of a lean, entrepreneurial team executing high-impact transactions that contribute directly to Centric Health’s growth in Germany. You’ll work closely with senior leadership across three countries and play a hands-on role in building a regional healthcare platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Run financial models and valuations
  • Support due diligence and deal execution
  • Prepare investment memos and board materials
  • Liaise with legal, tax, and financial advisors
  • Turn analysis into actionable insights

Position Requirements 

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (e.g. M&A, Transaction Services, IB, Private Equity)
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and reliably
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and in building something meaningful
